Support and Guidance for Homeschool Families
Discover homeschool OT support for your family.
Homeschooling is a personal experience- we all want what is best for our kids
Accessing homeschool OT support can make a significant difference in your child’s education.
Many homeschool parents begin looking for guidance because something in their day is not working the way they expected.
Sometimes a child is struggling with handwriting. Sometimes lessons take longer than they should. Sometimes emotions run high, routines feel difficult, or a parent simply has the sense that there must be a better way forward.
Every family’s situation is unique, but the common thread is the same: you are looking for a deeper understanding of your child and practical ways to support their growth.
Homeschooling is not one size fits all, and neither are children.
As a licensed Occupational Therapist and longtime homeschooling parent, I look at your family through a different lens than a curriculum provider, traditional school professional, or online expert.
I help you understand the whole child. That includes their sensory needs, executive functioning skills, strengths, stressors, interests, and natural rhythms. Then we connect that understanding to the environment you create at home and the expectations, routines, and learning experiences that shape your homeschool.
Every homeschool family encounters questions along the way. Sometimes you’re looking for information. Sometimes you’re looking for community. Sometimes you’re looking for individualized guidance.
HomeschoolOT offers opportunities to learn, connect, and grow so you can better understand your child and create a homeschool that fits your family’s unique needs.
